“This is the best boat tour I have ever been, boat was huge, the terrace with lights definitely set the mood, we had unlimited beer and it was cold delicious, you have to do it”

“The 4:30 pm cruise started around 5:20pm, even though we had to be there by 4:15pm. The cruise boat didn't come until 4:40 - 4:45. And by the time they had the previous group and boarded us it was 5:20. And we reached back by 6:30pm. Even though the cruise was said to be a 75 mins cruise”

“We were picked up and dropped off from hotel with no issues. Good communication. The coach journey was long but comfortable. On arrival we were walked to where we needed to be by our host (very helpful lady) The snorkel trip was great - we were lucky enough to see dolphins and a turtle on the way to/from the reef. At the reef it was a bit murky but we still saw a reef shark and mulitple colorful fish. The staff were exceptional and very attentive. The drinks on the way back were great (I recommend the fruit punch!) Thanks to all the staff who made the trip and were…”

“Everyone was great and kind! We had a beautiful sunset. The guy on the mic had us laughing quite a bit!”

“The trip was shorter than expected. We had gone the previous year and it was longer, they also took our photo when we boarded, this one did not. The tour director was going on and on about a tip , I found it a little much as most people only carry credit cards these days. Would recommend the trip with low expectations.”

“The whole experience was horrible and ruined our evening.? The driver never showed up to pick us up from the hotel. We waited for an hour. The customer service agent first said we were too early. Then they kept saying just wait he is on the way. Driver never showed.”

“Une soirée parfaite, mais malheureusement le manque de communication et d’organisation sont à revoir début de soirée compliqué, mais activités à faire car super ambiance”

“Our bachelor party group of 5 rode with Christian for the 8 pm Wynnwood graffiti tour and we were very happy with our experience. Things started out fairly strained as there was a cancellation for the remaining seats - but Christian made sure he navigated the situation to encourage a fun environment nonetheless, including adding a stop on our request. We enjoyed DJing our favourite tracks, sipping on some delicious mojitos and seeing the amazing Wynwood graffiti, along the way. Christian even stopped by some sights for a few impromptu photo sessions for us. If your group doesn't mind working up a sweat, you will have a blast.”

“I'm going to be honest, I wasn't sure how this experience would go. As everyone knows, it can be hard to decipher fact from fiction when going through these reviews. This trip was a planned celebration for my wife's 50th and my daughter's college graduation. So, I wanted this to be memorable. We were in Miami 4 days and this was by far the best time we had during our stay. Gigi and team were professional and accommodating. My wife doesnt like getting into water, but she did during this experience. I know that was due to just how much fun she was having. The jet skis were the highlight.…”

“What a night! The guide took us to all the best spots in south beach, sorted us out free drinks and kept the vibe all night! A must do when in Miami”

“Our tour guide barely went over the art and when we got to the breweries, he just basically said this is the brewery and these are the beers the company is famous for iand just asked us what we wanted to drink, ordered it and that was all, nothing like the history of the place, whats in the beer, nothing like that and also didn’t drip us back off at the office where our card was parked. I did tours with this company before and I really enjoyed It, i’m guessing this guide just had a bad day.”

“The yacht tour and staff of the boat was incredible. Good music, good hospitality. I would’ve given this experience a 5 until the promoter who looks like an off brand T-pain was incredibly rude. If you had any questions, and you weren’t someone he was “interested” in, he would not answer your questions. Not sure how he lasted so long as a “guide”. Overall it was good experience.”

“A mi amiga y a mí nos invitaron a dos bebidas, la atención fue increíble y la guía aún mejor! Sin duda una actividad que repetiría :)”

“Such a fun time! And it is the best value pub crawl in Miami.”

“Tamara the tour guide was so sweet and genuinely nice and informative.. She actually took us directly to the meet up spot for the snorkeling. This snorkeling trip was worth every penny.”
