“Booked 2.5hrs in advance. Attempted to contact operator many times via chat and call but never got any response. Showed up to the tour starting spot and no one showed up. After 30mins of waiting my group left empty handed. 4.5hrs later Angel called me and apologized, said it had been canceled due to rain. He seemed nice and passionate about the tour, wanted to rebook it for another day for my group. Sadly another day didn’t work for us so we ultimately completely missed any Little Havana experience during our stay in Miami. I did get a full refund.”
