Many of us missed the cruise we were to be on. We were also told guide from cruise would tell us where to meet bus to take back to meeting point and that didn’t happen. We had to wait another hour for bus back. When I called office about the cruise meet up point, the lady would hang up on me. Would not recommend this tour with this group.”

“We had a wonderful time on the tour! Antoine was our driver. He picked up us promptly at our hotel, at the agreed-upon time, and took us to the park. He shared information about the park and the Everglades during the drive. We arrived at the park before the crowds and were one of the first groups to board a boat. The boat captain, and the rest of the staff at the park, were super helpful and seemed to be genuinely engaged with all of us and the work they do. 100% recommend.”

City tour. 2 Biscayne Bay cruise 3 Everglade air boat When we went to tour operator office, the staff there wrongly sequenced the tour for us with the result we could do only first two on that day .
