“The only good thing was the captain was super nice. Total bait and switch with the boat. Only 42’ ft vs 60’ and was run down. When I called Yachty to tell them it was the wrong boat they said basically well it’s an upgrade because it’s 10 years newer. Completely unacceptable. They sent us 3 phone numbers 30 mins before sailing to try and select a captain and changed the pick up spot at the same time. My guest were running all over trying to get there. It was quite literally the worst yachting experience ever. However the captain who came did his best to make it nice.”
