“Great to have a full 6 hours in Key West. We managed to walk Duval Street, see Mallory Square, visit Ernest Hemingways house, have a drink in Sloppy Joe's Bar & have lunch. The only negative for us was the time spent picking up & dropping off other passengers. Our pick up point was one of the first & so it took ages before we even left Miami on our journey & the same on return.”

“I think the free bus is a better option (yes there’s a free bus on the island - they don’t mention that to you though) but that’s the nature of tourism companies. The guide was a very sweet man who was fluent in five languages which was extremely impressive. All in all, I loved it!”

“I did a reservation with my wife, my mom, and my 7 months old son, and we are very happy we did it. Although I wanted so bad to go in the bus, not the van, it was comfortable, and on time. The only piece of advice I could give to the driver is that he shouldn’t be talking on the phone while driving, but it only happened a few times and for a short period of time, so not a big deal.”

“We were picked up and dropped off from hotel with no issues. Good communication. The coach journey was long but comfortable. On arrival we were walked to where we needed to be by our host (very helpful lady) The snorkel trip was great - we were lucky enough to see dolphins and a turtle on the way to/from the reef. At the reef it was a bit murky but we still saw a reef shark and mulitple colorful fish. The staff were exceptional and very attentive. “It was supposed to be a narrated tour. But there wasn't any narration. The day trip was for me to fill, but I also expected to get some information from the guide. That wasn't the case. The toilet in the bus also wasn't working. And for such a long trip without any stops, that should be a priority!! The bus itself was very comfortable!!”

“We did not find that there is additional charges for return until we have already booked. Later we got call asking us if we intended to stay overnight. They asked us to pay additional charges in cash without giving any receipts. Point of pick up was unclear. Driver and guide were good.”
