“The tour operator is not organised well. For messages I sent there was no reply. The one day tour I booked had three components. 1. City tour. 2 Biscayne Bay cruise 3 Everglade air boat When we went to tour operator office, the staff there wrongly sequenced the tour for us with the result we could do only first two on that day . Then they offered the third one after two days later Since we were in Miami for three days we could take it. “The experience of the Airboat ride was great. The disappointment was when we booked the tour, the site stated it was an 80-minute tour. When we arrived, we were told the ride was only going to be 50-minutes. The ride was only 40-minutes. Our time was cut in half but the rate was still the same. Disappointment.”

Then we waited 30 minutes for a stupid and bad alligator show which was not advertised in the tour..”
