“Guide wasn’t very knowledgeable. He would point things out but gave no history of why it was important. Didn’t give clear directions when dropping us off for cruise. Many of us missed the cruise we were to be on. We were also told guide from cruise would tell us where to meet bus to take back to meeting point and that didn’t happen. We had to wait another hour for bus back. When I called office about the cruise meet up point, the lady would hang up on me. Would not recommend this tour with this group.”

“The tour operator is not organised well. For messages I sent there was no reply. The one day tour I booked had three components. 1. City tour. 2 Biscayne Bay cruise 3 Everglade air boat When we went to tour operator office, the staff there wrongly sequenced the tour for us with the result we could do only first two on that day . Then they offered the third one after two days later Since we were in Miami for three days we could take it. Otherwise we would have missed the Everglades air boat for the poor organisation of the tour operator. Further for going to thier office one…”

“We waited over an hour on the bus for another group to join us. No one shared this information with us until we asked what the delay was. Poor customer service on their part. One of our f group was not dropped at her hotel and they passed it. They got her an Uber to get to her hotel and she didn’t get back until 7 pm. Not happy with this tour.”
