“I love the View of the City, the ride was pleasant and beautiful. I wish I wore a tie down hat to block the sun. It’s windy up there lol. There are multiple bus tours, it was confusing on who to look for if you’re hoping on at the Lincoln location. There’s no podium or sign for the company at the park. It would be nice to have the different times to ride the boat and an announcement for which stop for the boat ride. We had to catch an Uber back to the location for the boat. When we arrived it was only one time left which was 3pm.…”

“The guide, Addy, was fantastic! We had everything from snacks to ponchos to sunscreen provided to make the day perfect… and even plenty of alligators!”

“We waited over an hour on the bus for another group to join us. No one shared this information with us until we asked what the delay was. Poor customer service on their part. One of our f group was not dropped at her hotel and they passed it. They got her an Uber to get to her hotel and she didn’t get back until 7 pm. Not happy with this tour.”
